Why is compression slow in Free mode?
Free mode runs entirely in your browser using WebAssembly (FFmpeg.wasm). Speed depends on your device's CPU. For faster processing, earn credits to use cloud-powered compression.
My video never leaves my device on Free — is that really true?
Yes. Free-tier processing happens 100% locally in your browser. No data is sent to our servers at any point.
What is the file size limit for cloud processing?
You need credits to finish a cloud processing job — without them, uploads won’t succeed. Each cloud upload can be up to 1.5 GB per file. Browser-only processing never uploads to our servers; very large files may just be slower on your device.
How long are my uploaded files kept on your servers?
Cloud processing files are automatically deleted within 8 hours of job completion. We do not retain your video content beyond that window.
I earned credits but they have not appeared yet.
Credits are added after the Google AdSense Offerwall reports a completed reward. Visit your Account page and refresh — if the balance still has not updated after a few minutes, email us.
Which output formats are supported?
TinyVideo supports MP4, MOV, AVI, WebM, and GIF output formats in both Free and Pro modes.
I'm getting a "file too large" error.
Hard limit for cloud uploads is 1.5 GB per file. If your file is under that and you’re still blocked, you may lack enough credits for the job — check your balance, try browser mode, or earn more credits.
