One-time purchases

TinyVideo sells cloud processing time as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, does not renew automatically, and therefore does not need to be cancelled.

Refund eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of buying a cloud-time pack if none of that time has been used. Cloud time already used for a completed processing job is non-refundable because the processing service has been delivered.

Failed jobs

If a cloud processing job fails because of a problem with TinyVideo, the cloud time used for that job is returned to your balance automatically.

How to request a refund

Email everyone@tinyvid.io or use our Support page. Include the email address used for the purchase and your Paddle transaction or receipt number. You can also contact Paddle through paddle.net.

Refunded or charged-back purchases have the corresponding unused unused cloud time removed from the TinyVideo balance. This policy is part of our Terms of Use.
